Rightlander signs on with LeoVegas and GVC

Affiliate landing page tracker Rightlander has signed deals with LeoVegas and GVC, in a move that is hoped will help both operators improve affiliate compliance and boost their responsible gambling measures.

Rightlander’s technology scans affiliate websites, simultaneously building a list of locations where an operator’s brand is mentioned or linked to while also searching for certain events and conditions defined by the operator.

These can be inclusive or exclusive and specific to the individual operator. The technology also captures images and the content of anchor text used to link to the operator’s brands and creates a variety of custom reports and alerts for the operator.

LeoVegas and GVC hope this will help the firms to discover affiliate websites linking to their brands that they are currently unaware of, allowing both operators to ensure the affiliates sending traffic to their sites are acting responsibly.

Rightlander also allows operators to set automatic “compliance violation events” that notify them whenever they occur on any of the websites linking to their brands.

Rightlander Founder Ian Sims said: “We are thrilled to have signed two big-name operators, and for Rightlander to be able to assist both LeoVegas and GVC in their efforts to improve affiliate compliance.

“The Gambling Commission has made it very clear that the onus is on operators to ensure affiliates are acting responsibly, and Rightlander takes on much of the leg work required to do this.”

Petra Blixt, Head of Sales at LeoVegas, said: “LeoVegas has high ambitions for compliance with laws and regulations and we have continuously improved our procedures and processes.

“Being compliant is very important for LeoVegas and when it comes to affiliate compliance Rightlander is yet another step LeoVegas is taking in improving the monitoring process of our affiliate partners and ensure compliance,”

Violeta Anestopoulou, Affiliate Manager at GVC, added: “At PartyCasino, we believe what’s good for our affiliates is also good for us, and that’s why we’re delighted to have partnered with Rightlander.

“Rightlander enables us to quickly and efficiently check all affiliate sites to ensure that their links are up-to-date and all their content is UKGC compliant.

“This way, both parties receive the maximum benefit from their player traffic without the hassle of having to manually update their pages.”
