Leading Polish market bookmaker STS has moved to expand its mobile engagement capacities utilising Wiraya as customer activation software provider.
The partnership will see Wiraya deploy its mobile customer tracking solutions, helping STS marketing and retention teams better convert perspective players.
Wiraya solutions allow for optimised personalised messages to be sent to STS customers across multiple mobile devices. Furthermore, STS marketing teams will be supported with better in-depth reporting on customer engagements, helping optimise campaigns.

The mobile partnership forms part STS ongoing digital transformation programme announced in 2018, as the Polish bookmaker enhances its entire digital portfolio.
The arrangement sees Wiraya continue to expand its presence within betting and gaming, in which the mobile engagement specialist services Black Type, Interwetten Sports and Betsson AB as partners
