Betmotion revamps LATAM proposition with Patagonia Entertainment

Legacy South American online bookmaker Betmotion has confirmed the successful migration of its online gambling verticals onto a new ‘mobile-first’ omni-channel platform powered by Patagonia Entertainment.

Operating since 2009, Betmotion reveals that it has chosen Patagonia platform provisions to revamp its LATAM profile, delivering a seamless and adaptable operating system supporting multi-market expansion initiatives.

Updating stakeholders, Betmotion’s COO Luis Traversa said: “The first half of the year has been one of relentless growth for the business and our migration to the Patagonia Entertainment platform sets us up perfectly for accelerated expansion. Our mobile-first strategy and dedication to offering the best user experience possible is key to further success in LATAM.”

Moving forward, Betmotion details a number of Patagonia-led enhancements that will accelerate the firm’s LATAM ambitions, with Betmotion amplifying its selection of third-party games and customer engagement functions.

Betmotion enhancements include a new player account area, displaying clear information on bonusing and customer transactions. Furthermore, Patagonia has delivered the South American bookmaker a new player loyalty and VIP programme, bolstering retention dynamics.
