Scientific Games appoints Michael Quartieri as CFO & Corporate Secretary

Scientific Games has announced the promotion of Michael Quartieri to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Quartieri will further serve as corporate secretary succeeding Scott Schweinfurth.

Quartieri a nine year Las Vegas Sands Corp leadership veteran joined Scientific Games in November as Corporate Controller.

Having served an introductory period assesing Scientific Games Corporation’s operations, Quartieri will now be tasked with leading the financial initiatives and full corporate auditing capabilities of the technology provider.

Quartieri will be based in Scientific Games’ Las Vegas, Nevada global headquarters. Quartieri’s promotion will be effective after the Company files its 2015 Form 10-K and will report directly to the board alongside CEO Gavin Isaacs
