SIS extends streaming rights with Meydan Racecourse Dubai

dubaiRacing data and media inventory supplier SIS has this morning announced that it has extended its exclusive LBO  rights supply deal  with Meydan Racecourse  (Dubai – UAE) for a further two years.

The  agreement with the Dubai course is an extension of the vital coverage that SIS has provided to operators for over 15 years. The deal will further see SIS acquire exclusive streaming distribution rights from Meydan which will be streamed via SIS Stream for the first time.

SIS Stream will integrate its new multi-platform solution launched out of the company’s innovation hub early this year, and is already providing high quality feeds with the lowest latency in the industry to operators.

The initial SIS Stream line-up includes racing from Latin America, Singapore and Dubai in addition to BAGS greyhound races.

Meydan joins fellow Emirati racecourse Jebel Ali in SIS’ already strong portfolio of racing packages for both retail and online operators, which includes racing from the UK, Ireland, France, South Africa, USA, Latin America, and UAE.

Paul Witten, Commercial Director of SIS, said: “Middle Eastern racing has long provided a positive boost to both retail and online operators over the winter season, and our agreement with Meydan racecourse will be the perfect early Christmas present for many.

Streaming is set to be a game-changer for SIS in the next 12 months and we look forward to being able to bring more fantastic events such as racing from Meydan to our customers.”

The acquisition of the exclusive streaming rights from Meydan follows hot on the heels of SIS’ announcement that the company are to stream BAGS races to international audiences for the first time.
