Betfred has announced a partnership with SIS (Sports Information Services) which will broadcast the operator’s in-house TV Channel from Media City UK, Salford.
The new agreement sees Betfred’s production facility experience a ‘major upgrade’ and all coverage will now be in HD.
Mark Pearson, Head of Corporate Affairs and Communications at Betfred, commented: “We value our long-term partnership with SIS and this new agreement will continue to help bring our brand to life and communicate our unique offers to our customers.
“Our racing proposition will be even better as we become the first bookmaker on the High Street to broadcast in full HD.”
Betfred will continue with its studio shows which feature the company’s Founder and CEO himself Fred Done.
Furthermore, the new deal will result in more broadcast flexibility for Betfred, while SIS will also provide an in-house podcast studio.
“We are pleased to enhance our long-standing partnership with Betfred,” Paul Witten, Managing Director EMEA at SIS, added. “This agreement guarantees that Betfred’s UK retail customers will experience high-quality, engaging content in high-definition from around the world.”
Meanwhile, Betfred also continues to access SIS’ racing portfolio, which features more than 35,000 horse races from over 170 venues globally.
SIS’ 24/7 Live Racing Content is delivered as an end-to-end solution, including live streamed pictures, data, and on-screen graphics with betting triggers.
Additionally, Betfred customers will continue to retrieve greyhound racing from the UK and Ireland, comprising over 24,000 events annually.
