Optimove has inked two new partnerships with Captain Up and Gamanza Engage for the launch of an AI-orchestrated gamification solution.
Being no stranger to AI, Optimove will leverage its expertise to unlock the entire customer journey for igaming and sports betting providers together with Captain Up and Gamanza.

Optimove first embedded AI into its CRM marketing back in 2012 to predict customer migrations between lifecycle stages.
Following on from then, AI has become integral for Optimove, with the company most recently launching its latest AI-powered marketing suite, OptiGenie.
Now, thanks to the two new collaborations, igaming and sports betting operators can additionally look forward to a plethora of bonus AI features, such as integrated gamification for personalisation, real-time orchestration, as well as holistic campaign measurement.
