Sports betting software companies Altenar and Optimove have signed a partnership as the former looks for ways to enhance its B2B products.
The deal will see Altenar utilise Optiove’s Opti-X digital experience platform, with the company looking to improve its personalisation efforts.
Opt-X includes a smart search engine and a real-time messaging feature. These solutions support automatically personalised messaging across marketing and personalised search results, the latter based on customer search history, platform behaviours and betting preferences.
The fact that smart search engines are powered by AI shows the extent to which this technology is having an impact on solutions development across the industry, with personalisation and content generation a common use case.

“Our partnership with Optimove allows our clients to better understand player behaviour and tailor their content to optimise their offerings and marketing messages.”
Altenar’s deal with Optimove continues an active year for the company, which has so far succeeded launches in new markets, entered into new partnerships and made enhancements to its existing products.
Optimove’s deal with Altenar, meanwhile, comes after an active 2024 which saw the firm secure a foothold in Brazil shortly before market launch via a deal with Grupo da Sorte, a lottery operator in the country.
Meanwhile, AI continues to make a significant contribution to the company’s product development. The firm’s VP of Revenue, Motti Colman, discussed the impact the tech is having on CRM in an interview with SBC News in autumn last year.
