SIS (Sports Information Services) has appointed Peter Camden as Competitive Gaming Product Manager.
Camden brings a ‘wealth of experience’ to the role, spearheading the sportsbook product at a host of companies over the last 20 years. He is now set to lead the evolution of the SIS’s ‘ever-growing’ Competitive Gaming product proposition.
Adam Conway, Head of Competitive Gaming at SIS, said: “We are delighted to welcome Peter to SIS. His knowledge and skills will only strengthen our Competitive Gaming offering as we continue to make positive strides with our industry leading product.
“This is a hugely exciting time for SIS. We believe this appointment will help to further develop our product offering as we continue to make strong progress in regulated markets worldwide.”
At GIMO, he was responsible for launching a global in-house developed sportsbook and migrated over 15 countries to a new CMS and front-end platform.
Meanwhile, described as a sportsbook product expert, Camden also boasts previous senior trading roles at betFIRST and Mybet. He joins as the supplier recently signed a global distribution deal for its Competitive Gaming portfolio with Genius Sports.
The new appointment coincides with the expansion of the Competitive Gaming product to three streams on both eBasketball and eSoccer, as the supplier gears up for expected growth in the US market.
“I am delighted to be joining SIS and specifically the Competitive Gaming division,” added Peter Camden, Competitive Gaming Product Manager at SIS.
“The company’s eBasketball and eSoccer products continue to provide an unparalleled experience for our operators and bettors, and I look forward to taking this range of engaging content to the next level.”
