SIS (Sports Information Services) has confirmed an extension of its agreement with Genius Sports by expanding the distribution rights of its esports products to a US audience.
The SIS H2H Global Gaming League suite with over 150,000 matches on offer per year can now be accessed by Genius Sports’ US sportsbook network, significantly increasing the product’s reach.
Professional esports games will be added to sportsbooks across a number of states following launches in New Jersey, Colorado and Kentucky.
Michele Fischer, Vice President at SIS Content Services, said: “Our sports sims titles continue to gain traction in the states that we are currently operating. Strengthening our partnership with Genius Sports supports our US strategy for widespread distribution of our esports products across all states.
“Our esoccer and ebasketball products have a clear track record of adding significant value to the bottom line of operators and we are sure US-focused brands will benefit greatly from having our content within their portfolios.”
The esports product itself is built by SIS entirely in-house, featuring low-latency live streaming, live commentary, and on-screen betting prompts for optimised engagement. It is also accredited by the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC).
