Customer engagement platform specialist Fast Track has signed a new deal with one of the largest operators in the Brazilian sports betting marketplace, Betfast.io.
Malta-based Fast Track’s customer engagement platform, now bolstered even further through the integration of OpenAI, offers capabilities for real-time data analysis and personalised player experiences.
This, said the firm, makes it the “perfect partner for Betfast.io to drive its player engagement and retention efforts with a real-time-data-driven approach”.
