ReactivAction taps Fast Track for added CRM capabilities in Brazil

ReactivAction, provider of igaming and sports betting, has signed CRM specialist Fast Track as an exclusive partner to help jumpstart its international expansion.

Starting off with Brazil, ReactivAction will look to leverage Fast Track’s AI-boosted offering, Lifecycle Automation and real-time data analytics to elevate its player engagement and player retention capabilities in the rapidly expanding Brazilian market.

President Lula da Silva recently signed the country’s Bill Pl3626/23 into federal law, making the most significant step towards the introduction of a regulated online gambling market – projected by intelligence platform Vixio to reach $5bn in value over the span of five years.

Leone Stranges, Director of ReactivAction, commented: “We were looking for a platform which sets us up for success from day one, making it possible to execute and automate the entire retention strategy, a system that could scale and mould around our expansion and provide solutions to our unique challenges.

“Fast Track’s lifecycle templates, real-time capabilities and experience within the industry made it a straightforward choice.”

The target for ReactivAction following Brazil will become Canada, New Zealand and Ireland, with the firm announcing plans to tackle these markets with the support of a second brand in the face of a long-term partner that “not only understands its growth trajectory but is also a critical driving force behind its growth”.

Simon Lidzén, CEO and Co-Founder of Fast Track, added: “We are always excited at the prospect of empowering a forward-thinking operator through our platform. We look forward to a fruitful long-term relationship to support ReactivAction’s growth trajectory as they expand the brand into new markets.”
