Neuron 3 will give medium to large sized betting and gaming operators the ability to do what is best for their businesses through the “freedom to build a unique UX”.
That’s according to Alessandro Fried, CEO at Btobet – the platform provider or “technical partner” which chose this week’s ICE London to officially launch the product.
He said that it’s important for his company to be recognised as a technical partner, rather than a platform provider, because it’s not for them to “deliver a copy and paste of what BtoBet decides is the best user experience (UX) for the client”.
Fried told a small collection of industry journalists at ICE that Neuron 3 is about “delivering a new omnichannel perspective and filling the gaps in the player journey by providing its operators with the technology to develop their betting experience”.
This is irrespective of whether the core focus is on mobile, desktop or retail betting, or if interest from the client extends to the “digitally wider channel spectrum” offered through Neuron 3 – including Social Media (SM) and TV Betting.
Fried confirmed that players will be able to place bets from Twitter or Facebook through SM Betting. This new feature, he said, was developed with the profile of today’s gambler in mind, particularly the “strong tendencies to make use of social communicative platforms”.
Through SM Betting, players can search for, or directly place bets from the social media app of their liking – whether this is Twitter, Facebook, Viber or Telegram.
