OlyBet has announced an extension of its partnership with Euroleague Basketball, maintaining a visible presence in the European basketball scene
The Baltic operator now becomes the premium partner for both the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and the BKT EuroCup, until the end of the 2024-25 season.
Corey Plummer, CEO of OlyBet Group, commented: “We are driven by a shared vision of elevating the sports entertainment experience for fans. This partnership with Euroleague Basketball marks a significant milestone in our journey, and we are committed to delivering thrilling sports moments.”
The extension follows the pair’s successful collaboration at the 2023 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Over the next two seasons, the betting brand’s name will take up a ‘prominent position’ for all things related to Euroleague Basketball.
“Together with Euroleague Basketball, we are excited to set new standards for engagement and entertainment in European basketball,” Plummer said.
Meanwhile, Euroleague Basketball and OlyBet Group will also develop several activations focused on the digital ecosystem and the fan experience, which looks to increase fan engagement with the European top basketball competitions during the season.
“We are excited to strengthen our ties with OlyBet Group, a dynamic and forward-thinking partner that shares our passion for European basketball,” added Paulius Motiejunas, the CEO of Euroleague Basketball.
“I’ve witnessed the incredible impact of OlyBet Group’s involvement in European basketball firsthand. This extended partnership promises an exciting future for fans and the sport alike.”
Last month, OlyBet also netted a partnership extension with Real Betis for further European visibility. This strategic collaboration, which commenced during the 2021/22 season, was renewed for additional three seasons with the operator serving as the club’s regional betting partner in the continent, apart from Spain.
