Optimove expands in ‘flourishing’ South African market with Amelco

Optimove is poised for South African growth through a new partnership with trading solutions provider Amelco.

As the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Marketing platform expands its reach into the developing igaming market in the continent, operators in the region will gain capabilities including advanced generative AI, digital experience personalisation and native marketing channels.

Its integrated Customer Data Platform, AI orchestration engine, and other features have been optimised to increase ‘loyalty and retention’ while monitoring the impact of player interactions.

Optimove highlighted that it has delivered brands an average 33% increase in customer lifetime value.
