Jenny Arnell selected as Fast Track’s Head of HR

Fast Track will continue to ‘attract and retain top talent’ after selecting Jenny Arnell as the company’s new Head of Human Resources.

Joining Fast Track from Catena Media where she served as the Group HR Manager, Arnell will oversee the ‘digitalisation of HR functions’ at the company, placing a key focus on both efficiency and scalability.

“I am delighted to start playing an active part in the continued success and advancement of Fast  Track, and I am looking forward to helping the leadership team foster an engaged, authentic and high-performing culture; making Fast Track a given destination for top talent,” said Arnell.

Confirming Arnell’s appointment, Fast Track praised her ability to lead teams in ‘implementing best practices across all HR functions’. Throughout her career, the Head of HR has amassed experience in talent acquisition, compensation and benefits in addition to the development of company policies.

Simon Lidzén, Co-founder and CEO of Fast Track, added: “We are very glad to have Jenny on board. We have an ambitious growth plan in front of us and her business acumen, mixed with her previous experience of supporting the growth of a small company to a large one, is exactly what we need to continue to attract and retain top talent.”

Arnell’s appointment follows on from a recent eNPS survey which saw Fast Track receive an ‘excellent’ employee satisfaction score of 77. Filling the Head of HR position, Fast Track says, is part of the strategy to nurture the company culture; providing the right structure and support as the company grows.

Earlier this year, former Microgaming CCO Jean-Luc Ferrière formally joined Fast Track, having previously worked as a brand ambassador for the player engagement platform provider since October 2020
