Superbet launches UltimateFan spin-off game with Low6

Superbet has formed a partnership with Low6 – a sports gaming technology company.

The pair will now deliver Ultimate Squad, which is a free-to-play fantasy game based around the Premier League and Champions League.

The new launch is a spin-off of UltimateFan franchise, and will see players issued with ‘packdrops’, which reveal footballers’ and teams’ cards to create lineups for each contest.

The pair detailed that with points being earned from real-life performances, players will compete on a global contest leaderboard as well against friends in Invitational Private Leagues.

Anthony Guthridge, VP of Product, Superbet, stated: “We are thrilled to partner with Low6, a true leader in gamification and sports innovation.

“Introducing ‘Ultimate Squad’ to our audience represents our commitment to offering the latest and most engaging experiences.

“Low6’s success across various markets is a testament to its excellence. Through this collaboration, we continue to bring entertainment to our players and drive towards our mission to excite the world.”

UltimateFan already has over 250,000 downloads for the game to date, and has published versions for the NFL Cincinnati Bengals, LA Chargers, and Jacksonville Jaguars, as well as a World Cup game for Flutter’s Sportsbet brand.

“Given the success of UltimateFan, we’re confident that our leading fantasy sports product will acquire new Superbet users on mass and increase engagement amongst players,” added Jamie Mitchell, CEO of Low6.

“Superbet is an operator who has successfully scaled across Central and Eastern Europe, and we look forward to working with them long-term for their player acquisition and retention strategy.”

Last week, Low6 also launched its ‘Million Pound Predictor’ for oddschecker.

The new free-to-play game built by the gamification innovator was named a ‘first-of-its-kind’ predictor for oddschecker, where fans are challenged to correctly guess where each Premier League team will finish at the end of the 2023/24 season.
