Rightlander has confirmed the appointment of Sarafina Wolde as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the iGaming media and marketing compliance solutions provider.
The appointment sees Wolde promoted from her role as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), succeeding company founder Ian Sims as CEO of Rightlander.
An expert in all disciplines related to iGaming marketing, Wolde joined Rightlander in 2023 from GeoComply, where she formerly served as strategic lead for global markets.
Further experience saw Wolde rise up the ranks of Income Access (Paysafe Group) to become Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), of the industry’s leading igaming affiliate marketing platform provider.
As CSO, Wolde oversaw multiple projects expanding Rightlander’s compliance solutions and media monitoring systems within new markets and forging new strategic partnerships.

Wolde is tasked with leading Rightlander through its ‘next growth and enterprise phase’, succeeding company founder Ian Sims, who founded the company in 2016 to provide operators with customised controls to meet the marketing compliance demands of individual markets.
