GiG to leverage Rdentify’s platform to enhance player protection

Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has moved to strengthen its player protection and responsible gambling capacity, striking a partnership with Rdentify for use of the latter’s platform.

The deal will see GiG integrate Rdentify’s solutions into its operations, notably its real-time, live chat, text and email problem gambling risk detection system, which can be utilised to conduct safer gambling interactions with players.

GiG and Rdentify have been collaborating on the development of a tailor made chat- monitoring process which uses machine-learning models and risk-based scoring systems, is collated on a supervisory dashboard and communicated in real-time via a live chat.

As a result of the partnership, GiG aims to offer its operator partners the option to integrate Redentify’s Natural Language Processing software into their paler chats in order to assist with identification of vulnerable customers and problem gamblers and enhance compliance with safer gambling policies and requirements.

Martin Collins, GiG Director of Sales and Business Development, said: “We are excited to welcome Rdentify as a new marketplace partner. They offer an excellent compliment to our responsible gaming feature through their ‘Natural Language Processing software’.

“We are constantly looking for new ways to develop and improve our offering to help to create a safe and more sustainable player environment. Adding Rdentify as a compliment to our existing responsible gaming features is a natural step in that direction.”

Redentify’s Natural Language Processing software focuses on four core models: neural language models and deep learnings; transformers, recurrent neural networks, sequence labelling and classification; domain specific phrase lexicon and term embeddings; and transfer and semi-supervised learning and adversarial training.

For Rdentify, the partnership represents an opportunity for the company to further enhance its reputation and standing in the international gambling space via increased engagement with gaming software developer GiG’s network of operator clients.

The company has also detailed an objective of further developing a “new phase of technology” via the partnership as it continues with its commercial expansion ambitions, pointing to how “innovation support” from firms such as GIG will assist Redentify with enhancing its own software.

“It is my pleasure to announce that Rdentify can now be accessed from GIG’s marketplace,” commented Daniel Brookes, Rdentify CEO and Founder.

“GIG’s award-winning iGaming platform is renowned for its innovative approach to technology, as well as their unwavering commitment to responsible gambling.

“This partnership offers a strong opportunity for Rdentify to provide our real time, live chat, and email problem gambling risk detection solution to a wider pool of international clients, and ultimately assist them in reducing risk and protecting their end user from harm.”
