CopyBet named QPR shirt sponsor in 2-season deal

CopyBet has been confirmed as the official front-of-shirt sponsor of  Queens Park Rangers for the next two seasons.

The operator’s partnership will commence its first full-year ahead of the 2024/25 EFL Championship season with the CopyBet logo being showcased on the front of QPR home and away shirts.

Anton Ivanov, Business Development Director, CopyBet UK, said: “We’re delighted to extend our partnership with Queens Park Rangers and look forward to seeing our brand on the front of the famous blue and white hoops.

“The club has a proud history in the heart of West London with loyal and passionate supporters. We are already looking forward to the start of the new season and our third campaign with the club.”

The new shirt was first worn during the club’s penultimate league match at home to Leeds United on Friday night.

Euan Inglis, QPR Commercial Director, concluded: “We are thrilled to have CopyBet as our new front of shirt partner for next season.

“Their innovative approach sets them apart and their team have always been committed to creating unique content that brings the fans closer to their heroes. The extended collaboration comes at an exciting time for both organisations.”

CopyBet offers ‘competitive and enhanced’ odds on football matches across the UK, including the EFL Championship, Premier League and UEFA Champions League

The company has entered the football sponsorship space tentatively, as it has focused predominantly on marketing and branding initiatives in the UK horse racing scene.

Despite this, CopyBet announced former Newcastle United goalkeeper Shay Given as its first ever brand ambassador in August last year. The new deal with QPR also builds on the two parties’ pre-existing partnership, as CopyBet branding was displayed on the back of QPR kits for the 2022/23 season.
