BetVictor has announced the comprehensive renewal of its longstanding sponsorship with the World Snooker Tour (WST).
The new agreement sees BetVictor solidify its commitment to pro-snooker, as the title sponsor for eight tournaments during the upcoming 2023/24 WST season.
BetVictor will serve as the title sponsor for various prestigious events, including the BetVictor Home Nations Series, the BetVictor European Series, and the BetVictor Championship League.
Steve Dawson, Chairman of the WST, expressed his enthusiasm for the extended partnership, stating: “We have worked with BetVictor for many years, and they have been an outstanding partner for our sport
“Snooker has an extraordinary global reach through our vast broadcast and digital audience, extending to every corner of the planet. BetVictor has joined us on that journey, providing them with huge exposure for their brand worldwide.”
Of significance, the prize money earned by players throughout these eight tournaments will be meticulously tallied, ultimately contributing to the BetVictor Series Rankings.
The player who emerges as the list leader after the eighth and final event will be rewarded with an impressive bonus of £150,000 (€175,471/$191,639).
Sam Boswell, Head of Sponsorship at BetVictor, expressed delight regarding the continued sponsorship and the highly popular BetVictor £150,000 bonus race, which was introduced in 2020.
“We are delighted to continue our long-standing sponsorship of snooker with eight BetVictor titled tournaments,” he said. “We are looking forward to some great drama on the table over the next 12 months.”

As part of this transformation, BVGroup will introduce a fresh logo and corporate website that align with its new name and vision.
