Mimy streamlines player engagement strategy with Fast Track deal

Fast Track has entered into a new agreement with online operator Mimy to supply its real-time player engagement platform.

Through the agreement, Mimy will utilise Fast Track’s platform to automate ‘as much of their engagement as possible’ in addition to using the data feed to inform detailed segmentation.

“As an operator, Mimy is looking at betting in a completely new way,” said Christopher Hirst, Co-Founder of Fast Track. “Their approach presents some really interesting opportunities for player engagement and we are looking forward to working with them to take advantage of these.”

Mimy considers itself to be a ‘new online operator with a difference’, allowing punters the chance to predict the outcomes of events. Through the operator, players can create public and private events to bet on, with all winnings taken from a prize pool.

The idea behind the launch, Mimy said, was to ‘replicate the fun of casual bets between friends in an online environment’.

Fast Track’s platform will enable the operator to streamline its engagement strategy, with the operator also benefiting from the ability to coordinate both its communications and rewards.

Yana Halitska, Product Manager at Mimy, added: “We are really excited about our upcoming full launch of the brand. When looking for a player engagement solution, we needed a product that would help us with a solid level of automation, enabling us to scale our CRM output intelligently. We found this with Fast Track.”
