Stake.com targets LatAm and Asian markets with UFC partnership

Stake.com has been confirmed as the first official betting partner of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), in an agreement targeting the Latin American and Asian markets.

The agreement has seen the cryptocurrency sports betting and gaming operator named the mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion’s official sponsor in both regions, with the exception of Brazil.

First launched in 2017, Stake.com is one of the fastest growing operators in the crypto-betting sector.

The firm developed its sports sponsorship portfolio in January 2021 by enlisting UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya as a global brand ambassador, who will feature in collaborative marketing campaigns as a result of the latest agreement, along with other fighters.

“All of us at Stake are massive UFC enthusiasts. We’re excited to partner with such a dominant brand to deliver a one-of-a-kind betting experience and accelerate our global expansion.,” remarked Milan Jovancevic, Public Relationships Manager at Stake.com.

“We could not be more thrilled with all the unique possibilities this partnership unlocks for both Stake players and UFC fans.”

Stake.com will cooperate with the UFC in improving the organization’s betting experience on the platform, launching exclusive promotions and VIP experiences as well as producing exclusive social and digital content featuring UFC athletes.

The partnership will officially commence today [5 March], with exclusive digital and social content released in the build up to UFC 259: Blachowicz vs Adesanya, taking place tomorrow night in Las Vegas.

“We’re thrilled to partner with an exciting and emerging platform like Stake.com to offer our fans exclusive digital and social content to our fans, as well as an innovative gaming experience,” said Nick Smith, UFC Vice President of Global Partnerships.

“UFC prides itself on being innovators, and Stake.com is a unique way for fans to experience the action and excitement of UFC.”
