Argyll Entertainment has bolstered all of its core components related to customer onboarding, verification and affordability by partnering with compliance single-platform supplier TruNarrative.
The compliance partnership has been formed as Argyll, the operating firm of online bookmakers SportNation and RedZone Sports, seeks to meet changing UKGC demands and provisions on player verification, affordability assessments and monitoring of transactional engagements.
Declared as a major product directive, Argyll has upgraded all critical compliance disciplines to be verified by TruNarrative’s ‘single platform’ to safely, quickly, and compliantly onboard, transact and manage their customers without friction and delivering a world-class UX.
Delivered through a single API, Argyll operating teams will be able to automate customer journeys fulfilling increased requirements on KYC, KYB, AML, behaviour monitoring, ID verification, fraud detection, credit and affordability checks.
