Argyll revives SportNation dormant accounts with Enteractive

Argyll Entertainment has partnered with customer reactivation specialist’ Enteractive to revive its ‘dormant player accounts’.

Enteractive, a provider of ‘retention-as-a-service’ support for igaming incumbents, has been tasked with executing customised Argyll reactivation campaigns for its UK flagship brand SportNation.

The reactivation campaign will focus on reviving ‘hard-to-reach lapsed’ and ‘churned players’ registered on SportNation’s customer database.

Furthermore, the initiative will see lapsed SportNation players personally contacted via one-to-one phone calls by Enteractive reactivation teams, updating customers on the latest promotions, incentives and activities.

Max Howard, Head of CRM for Argyll Entertainment, commented, “We’re incredibly excited to see increased conversions for our newly registered customers who have not yet deposited.  Enteractive has a proven track record of engaging with these players through phone conversations, creating revenue streams where our digital CRM processes are less effective.”

Enteractive underscores that its personalised reactivation services has become a ‘top three traffic generator for the igaming industry’ with customers including ComeOn, STS, Pinnacle and Casumo.

“Argyll Entertainment is a global leader in the iGaming sector, and we couldn’t be happier to start this first project together,” said Andrew Foster, Enteractive’s Head of Business Development.

“We know we’ll achieve great results in this initial sports vertical, and we’re confident that this will be the first step to deliver increased revenues across their brand portfolio.”
