DRF Bets seizes branding opportunities with Alfa Romeo F1

Online and mobile wagering platform, DRF Bets, has revealed that it is to sponsor Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN for the 2022 Formula One racing season.

The partners have stated that the deal will see the DRF Bets logo featured on the Swiss-based team’s car, as the firm also gains ‘VIP access’ to all races and further branding opportunities.

DRF Bets, a subsidiary of Affinity Interactive, is an omni-channel gaming technology, digital and media platform with an online betting presence. By partnering with European F1 team Alfa Romeo, the company looks to boost its international branding operations.

James Zenni, Chairman of Affinity Interactive, stated: “As we continue to grow the online and mobile wagering platforms of DRF Bets, sponsoring a like-minded pioneer and visionary in Alfa Romeo F1 Team ORLEN is a tremendous opportunity to showcase our platforms to dedicated Formula One racing fans around the world.

“We look forward to working with the ownership team to explore ways to expand the partnership.”

In a continued expansion, the company has previously launched its first online sportsbook in Iowa, and Missouri and other states through market access agreements, and has stated that it expects to continue expanding through additional acquisitions and affiliate arrangements as other states legalise online gaming.

Frédéric Vasseur, Team Principal Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN, praised the betting company for such development, adding: “DRF Bets is a growing brand in the sports betting industry, and we are proud to feature them on our car for the upcoming season.”

In September last year, Daily Racing Form and DRF Bets revealed plans to launch a new online and mobile sports website.

The DRF Sports portal used a localised approach to content, featuring sports betting stats, insights and analysis on all major professional US sports, as well as college football and basketball.
