Allwyn International has announced its most significant sponsorship commitment, becoming a global partner of Formula 1 in a multi-year partnership set to begin ahead of the FIA F1 World Championship at the Melbourne Grand Prix on 14 March.
The F1 partnership marks a first-of-its-kind sponsorship for Allwyn, aiming to enhance awareness of its position as a leading multinational lottery operator. Allwyn is responsible for managing the stewardship of the UK National Lottery, Lotto Italia, Austria’s Lotterien, and the SAZKA lottery of the Czech Republic.
The F1 World Championship presents an optimal opportunity for Allwyn to engage its brand and promote its good causes to a global audience of 750 million fans and 96 million social media followers who experience the excitement of F1’s 24 Grands Prix each year.
In 2025, Allwyn will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the F1 World Championship, recognising motorsport as the world’s most popular discipline and the pinnacle of professional racing.

“We have ambitious plans for Allwyn to continue on its successful path of international growth, and this is a significant milestone on that journey,” commented Allwyn Chairman and Founder Karel Komárek.
“This investment marks a major moment in Allwyn’s evolution, as we elevate awareness of Allwyn on the global stage and reinforce the power of our lotteries to contribute positively to society.”
Ahead of the new season’s start, F1 will add Allwyn to its roster of global partners, which includes a stellar line-up of DHL, Heineken, Lenovo, Pirelli, Qatar Airways, Salesforce, and Amazon AWS.

F1 President Stefano Domenicali highlighted the shared ambitions of both organisations, as best-in-class performers engaging global audiences.
“We are thrilled to welcome Allwyn as a new Official Partner. Our collaboration reflects our shared commitment to innovation and community engagement,” Domenicali stated.
“This partnership also provides new opportunities for both organisations to connect with wider audiences worldwide. We look forward to working together to create unique experiences and drive positive change.”

In an upcoming interview with SBC, Allwyn CEO Robert Chvátal will discuss new sponsorship initiatives with F1 designed to empower fans and make a meaningful community impact.
Robert Chvátal, Allwyn CEO, said: “Formula 1 is synonymous with excellence, high performance, and innovation—principles at the heart of Allwyn’s business. We’re excited to begin this official partnership with Formula 1, engaging with its passionate global fanbase and championing positive community impact.”
