ComeOn promotes Owen Parry to lead customer engagement 

ComeOn Group has announced the internal promotion of Owen Parry as new Head of Customer Engagement. 

Parry has formally led ComeOn’s central promotion team as Head of Customer Proposition over the past year.  He will now shift focus to overseeing customer engagement operations, working across the group’s multi-brand portfolio.

As part of its growth strategy, ComeOn has emphasized identifying and promoting internal talents to ensure robust career progression pathways.

The recent promotion of Parry marks a series of key internal promotions that have taken place during the first half of this year.

The Malta-based operator cited: “Owen’s role as Head of Customer Engagement will be pivotal in maintaining ComeOn’s strategic emphasis on Sportsbook and delivering a personalised service experience, coupled with real-time CRM, for a distinctive and secure player interaction.”

Parry’s promotion is one of a series of key internal promotions that have taken place during the first half of this year at ComeOn. 

Earlier this year, Matthew Cawston assumed the position of Director of Marketing Operations, and Robert Rothman from the Performance Marketing team ascended to the role of Director of Performance Marketing.
