Updating the market, OtherLevels Holdings a specialist in enhanced web and mobile customer engagement has announced that it has formed a deeper integration with leading global CRM platform Salesforce.

The expanded integration with Salesforce ‘Marketing Cloud’ platform will enable marketers to execute multi-channel campaigns by extending Salesforce customer journeys with OtherLevels’ app push.  In turn, clients will gain better interstitial, rich inbox and web push messaging channels, which should allow a marketer to create complex customer journeys that can reach and engage audiences across multiple channels.

OtherLevels who services a number of industry clients, details that its has leveraged Salesforce CRM capabilities allowing for betting campaign optimisation, goal tracking, retargeting and customer-base split testing capabilities.

Existing Salesforce customers can now combine multiple message types within a customer journey, allowing marketers to reach and engage their audience wherever they are.
