Yggdrasil announces €200,000 Christmas Calendar campaign

Yggdrasil Gaming has announced a €200,000 Christmas Calendar campaign to boost engagement over the festive season, and showcase the power of its in-game promotional tools BOOST and BRAG.

Elmqvist, Yggdrasil & CasumoOn each day in December, the provider will run campaigns which cover many of Yggdrasil’s most popular slots, including Vikings Go Wild, Golden Fish Tank and Holmes and the Stolen Stones.

The campaigns, which will be available across most of Yggdrasil’s partner operators, will also include Cash Race, where players can win cash prizes during a set period, and Missions, the company’s newest promotional tool where players complete objectives to win big prizes.

Fredrik Elmqvist, CEO of Yggdrasil Gaming, said: “The countdown to Christmas is already under way, and Yggdrasil is celebrating with a €200,000 festive bonanza that will showcase the power of our in-game promotional tools, BOOST™ and BRAG.

“The online casino sector is more competitive than ever, and aside from creating great new titles, we are dedicated to ensuring that our games are backed by a supporting infrastructure that allows operators to keep their players engaged and entertained.”

Thomas Hutchinson, Head of Casino at NordicBet, added: “The Yggdrasil Christmas Calendar is a great concept that NordicBet will take full advantage of. I love being able to cherry pick which promotions NordicBet takes part in, and work the Yggdrasil promotions around other promotions we have planned for Christmas. It is simple and convenient, and we value Yggdrasil’s holistic approach to slots content.”

The Christmas Calendar campaign follows last month’s ‘October Mission’, which coincided with the launch of Missions, and came with a €25,000 total prize pool. Players had to complete three objectives: win 4 consecutive spins in a row in Golden Fish Tank, hit free spins in Vikings Go Wild and collect 5 shards of any colour in the Holmes and the Stolen Stones base game.
