mkodo has announced its ISO27001:2022 certification – a globally recognised standard for information security management systems.
The move sees the supplier of igaming front-end solutions and mobile apps enhance its commitment to security and regulatory compliance.
Stuart Godfree, Managing Director at mkodo, expressed how the news reflects how the company prioritises ‘the highest standards of information security’.
“We are proud to join the ranks of elite organisations that have achieved ISO270001:2022, further solidifying our position as a leading front-end, digital UX and geolocation supplier to the igaming industry,” Godfree said.
In further detail, the certification validates mkodo’s ‘rigorous’ information security management system, reinforcing their dedication to safeguarding client data.
ISO270001:2022 ensures mkodo and GeoLocs clients benefit from enhanced security measures, global recognition and ‘increased confidence in the company’s commitment to excellence’.
The certification process involves a thorough examination of information security policies, procedures and controls, validating robust measures in place to protect against potential risks and vulnerabilities including unauthorised access, data breaches and other potential threats.
The Managing Director concluded: “Our clients can trust us as a reliable and secure partner in the igaming sector.”
This week, Sportradar also announced that its processes have received ISO certification norm 9001:2015 – with the company highlighting its effort to ‘consistently review and improve’ its work, services, products and data.
Certification came from TÜV Thüringen – an independent customer service provider which tests systems and processes in multiple industries – and covers Client Services & Care – Betting & Gaming, Integrity Services, Content Production and Operations and Trading Services.
