Gamification Guru Yu-Kai Chou joins Incentive Games advisory

Edinburgh-based industry software development studio Incentive Games, has announced that it has significantly expanded its gamification capacities, appointing renowned digital games strategist Yu-kai Chou to its corporate advisory.

The author of ‘Actionable Gamification’, Chou is the designer of the ‘Octalysis Framework’, a leading strategy for the effective gamification of products and services across multiple sectors.

Considered a trusted figurehead in gamification strategies, Chou has further advised technology giants Google, Tesla, TEDx and Huawei on product strategies targeting audience development.

In his advisory remit, Chou will aid Incentive Games leadership and tech teams in developing ‘competitive advantages’ through gamification disciplines and product development, as the software studio seeks to expand in the markets of the US and Africa.
