International sports marketing agency, publisher and media/data distributor IMG have announced the launch of its betting industry focused ‘IMG Arena’ division.
Part of its global media enterprise, IMG Arena is headquartered in London and will be tasked with developing new innovations and audience enhancements for the group’s +250 sportsbook clients.
The new division is led by Freddie Longe as IMG Arena VP & Managing Director. Longe and IMG Arena are supported by long-term IMG executives Max Wright (Vice President IMG Media) and Brad van Wely (VP & Head of Gaming Products).
“Backed by the considerable global scale, network and resource of IMG, IMG Arena will build on our existing advantages and well-developed offering to positively disrupt the market, with a strong fan-first innovation pipeline that drives incremental value to our clients and customers” details Longe on IMG Arena initiatives.
Launching IMG Arena, Longe details that the division will utilise its group-wide expertise in sports data collection, effective tech development and innovation to deliver a new range of fan-first enhancing products to betting stakeholders, adjusting to the disruptive demands of sports audiences.
