Michael Boylan takes on COO duties at Pragmatic Solutions

Pragmatic Solutions has strengthened its c-level leadership team with the appointment of Michael Boylan as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him a ‘wealth of experience’ of the betting industry.

Boylan’s chief responsibilities will be to drive value for Pragmatic Solutions’ client operators across its active markets of the UK, Spain, Germany, Ontario, Romania, Hungary and Estonia from its Gibraltar headquarters.

He will also take an active role in spearheading ‘innovations’ the company plans to bring to the market, drawing on his background at high-profile bookmakers including Entain and its Ladbrokes Coral division.

Boylan’s tenure with Entain and Ladbrokes Coral saw him hold the position of IT Director at the FTSE100 global gambling operator and Head of Service Operations at the bookmaking brand. 

His most recent position was at DAZN Bet, the newly launched betting and igaming venture of international sports entertainment and streaming service DAZN Group, filling the role of IT Director for the company.

Pragmatic Solutions’ primary speciality is its player account management (PAM) platform, which is based on APIs and developed to amble management of brands, promotions and player experiences.

The company also aims to enable regulatory compliance and handle risk, with pre-integration of third-party content, payments and service providers into the product also completed.
