Voxbet has landed its latest client, securing an agreement with Checkd Group to integrate AI-backed voice recognition technology into the latter’s Betting Hub app.
The partners aim to remove friction from the customer journey on the Betting Hub via the incorporation of Voxbet’s technology, which enables users to speak or write a bet and place it with an operator.
Checkd Group’s business development division, Checkd Dev, conducted the integration, which the firm hopes will further enhance its offering after production of a racing-specific feature within the Tipster Hub app.
Adam Patton, Checkd Dev MD, said: “Betting Hub is designed to make the process of selecting bets simple, compelling and entertaining, and the integration of Voxbet has significantly boosted the app’s functionality by further streamlining the process.
“The technology is very impressive and we have already received positive feedback from our sports betting communities that have used the Voxbet tool.
“We are committed to creating best-in-class technologies for the benefit of both our customers and operator partners and this launch is the latest step along that journey.”
Checkd’s aims to strengthen its product offering through new technologies and business development, which has seen the media group partner with the likes of Xtemrepush, and now Voxbet.
Growth opportunities are viewed in both the UK and US, as Checkd has launched its new FlashPicks app in the latter, having taken the product live in other North American markets such as Canada’s Ontario province.
Meanwhile, Voxbet is also looking at international opportunities, having adapted its voice recognition technology to various languages such as English, French, German and Cantonese Chinese, boosting the solution’s global reach.
The company’s tech allows bettors to ‘speak or type what they want from a sportsbook’ as a means for players to better interact with wagering offerings.
