GTG Network to power NTD PTY Australian launch

GTG Network will serve as lead data and content provider for NTD PTY – the deep-pocketed venture spearheading the launch of Australia’s next mass-market sportsbook.

Backed by Tekkorp Capital, the VC fund of igaming figureheads Matt Davey and Robin Chhabra, NTD PTY will launch its sportsbook platform later this year, aiming to disrupt Australia’s sports betting marketplace.

Yet to announce its sportsbook brand, NTD PTY  will come to market led by Australian online gambling pioneer Matt Tripp and the backing of the Murdoch family’s News Corp Australia media network.

Melbourne-based betting technology studio GTG Network has been commissioned to develop and deploy NTD PTY’s consumer-facing data platform.

The partnership will see GTG provide a customised solution of its iSport Genius product that will service NTD with data-rich insights to engage their customers.

Nathan Rothschild, co-founder and partner of GTG, said: “Our deal with NTD is further recognition by leaders of the sports and betting industries of the engagement iSport Genius delivers. We’re thrilled to be making this announcement and contributing to the success of NTD.”

iSport Genius’ interactive consumer-facing platform leverages trillions of pieces of data and, via an intuitively designed interface, creates a multitude of engaging calls to action, helping improve the overall experience for punters and sports fans alike.

Andrew Menz, CEO of NTD, said: “We’re very pleased to be working with GTG Network, global leaders in stats and content. Their rich data offering will be an important part of the outstanding experience we will be providing our customers.”
