Betnation joins over 90% of Netherlands operators in the IBIA

Betnation has joined the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) as part of its recent sportsbook launch in the Netherlands.

A Smart Gaming BV’s brand, the operator is known mainly as an online casino in the Netherlands, but launched its sportsbook in collaboration with Metric Gaming and Bragg last month.

Robert Schouten, Smart Gaming B.V. (Betnation) CEO, stated: “We are thrilled to join IBIA and affirm our commitment to promoting the highest standards of integrity in sports betting. By working with industry leaders, we aim to ensure a safe and fair betting experience for all users.”

Betnation now joins more than 50 companies and 125 sports betting brands in the IBIA’s integrity network, whilst the deal also means the IBIA now represents over 90% of the licensed sportsbooks currently operating in the Netherlands.

The news also comes just a month after both Aposta Ganha and Novibet joined the association

“IBIA is delighted that Betnation has chosen IBIA as its preferred integrity monitoring partner,” added IBIA CEO, Khalid Ali

“The move highlights Betnation’s commitment to protecting the integrity of its betting products, consumers and related sporting events by utilising the world’s leading operator-led monitoring and alert network.

“IBIA looks forward to working closely with Betnation and to integrating the operator within our global sports betting integrity system.”
