Optimove strengthens client benchmarking for summer of football 

CRM marketing solution provider Optimove has launched its dedicated benchmark tool ahead of EURO 2024 and Copa America 2024. 

Called iGaming Pulse, the tool is available to Optimove igaming and sports betting clients and provides daily access to country-specific, industry-wide benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Of importance, the data provided covers statistics from the preceding five weeks at any given time, incorporated with a static baseline from July 2023 so that operators can view how player behaviour is impacted from events like the Euros and Copa America. 

Operators will be able to gain a comprehensive insight into their global performance compared to worldwide averages, such as conversion rates, reactivation rates, and retention rates – affected by significant events such as a match between England and Germany for example.

The tool offers interactive, graphically displayed data which is based on anonymous data collected from over 200 established and boutique sports gaming brands.
