Betsson Sport partners Torino FC following Italian market launch

Betsson Sport has announced a partnership with Serie A side Torino Football Club.

Made official during the Derby della Mole against Juventus last weekend, the pair described the deal as a new chapter for both parties.

Stefano Tino, Managing Director, Italy for Betsson Group, commented: “This partnership with Torino FC is a significant step for Betsson Sport in consolidating our presence in the Bel Paese.”

It was only last month that Betsson officially launched in Italy with its sports betting offering.

Described as a ‘strategic move’, the Swedish operator looked to further demonstrate its expansion into new markets, which has since accelerated across multiple different regions.

Tino continued: “We are proud to collaborate with one of the most prestigious teams in Italian football and we look forward to providing fans with unforgettable experiences.”

Meanwhile, the partners have also promised to ‘bring passion’ to fans of the Italian top-flight side, as well as numerous new innovations.

“We are very happy to welcome Betsson.Sport to the Granata world,” added Lorenzo Barale, Torino FC Commercial Director.

“Through this partnership, we will tell numerous engaging stories for our fan base, also accompanying Betsson.sport in their mission to give greater resonance for all sports, not just football.”
