Pronet Gaming ups inclusivity commitment with #OpenDoors sponsorship

Pronet Gaming has strengthened its commitment to industry inclusivity after becoming the corporate sponsor of All-In Diversity Project’s social media campaign, #OpenDoors.

In addition to making a contribution to the AIDP’s scholarship fund, Pronet will help establish the benchmark for diversity, equality and inclusion within the betting and gaming sector.

The social media campaign, explained AIDP, will help raise awareness of the role of advocacy within professional development and has been designed to ‘issue thanks for that help by opening the door for someone else who might need it’.

Sunkiran Boyal, Pronet Gaming’s HR lead, said: “We believe our most powerful and respected asset to be our people. We are proud to value diversity in all its forms and encourage a culture of collaboration by respectfully bringing together people with various experiences, opinions, backgrounds, beliefs and preferences to share one vision of success.

“Being able to support such a great initiative as the All-In Diversity Project’s #OpenDoors campaign is a genuine pleasure. The fact that we get to have even a small impact on someone’s development – and also just to help champion this paying-it-forward cause – is something in which we just had to get involved.”

Sponsors of the #OpenDoors campaign will fund ‘at least two scholarships’ for aspiring leaders from under-represented groups, for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas International Gaming Institute and University of Nevada, Reno College of Business and Extended Studies’ Executive Development Programme’.
