Softswiss debuts retail betting solution with Turfsport

Softswiss has launched its new retail betting solution which was developed with Turfsport.

The news follows Softswiss’s acquisition of the South African software provider at the start of this year – taking a majority stake in the company.

As part of the development of its new retail betting solution, Softswiss has sought to utilise the platform’s functionality and ‘technological expertise’.

Softswiss CCO, Max Trafimovich, said: “The retail betting solution reflects our strong dedication to innovation and industry leadership.

“After acquiring the majority stake in Turfsport, we conducted a thorough audit of the solution to ensure it will not only continue to thrive in South Africa but also make a significant impact beyond the country.

“This is not just another sports betting solution – it is a comprehensive platform that enhances the entire gambling experience, from lotteries to the most popular casino games, keeping pace with market trends and player expectations.”

After recently celebrating the company’s 15th anniversary, SOFTSWISS Founder Ivan Montik, along with the company’s C-level managers, spoke with SBC News about their insights, concerns, and predictions for the future development of the industry.

“A concerning trend is the increasing number of countries implementing restrictive regulations that hinder business rather than provide effective oversight,” Montik said. “However, these challenges also create new opportunities.”
