Fast Track to power Stanleybet’s player engagement

Stanleybet has become the latest company to select Fast Track CRM to fuel player engagement across its online portfolio.

The Fast Track CRM platform will enable Stanleybet to increase ROI on marketing campaigns, as well as directly target groups of players, boost player engagement and less churn, all in real-time.

By accessing Fast Track’s machine learning capabilities and segmentation model, the operator will also be able to develop personalised experiences for players.

“Working with a brand like Stanleybet Group, that is a household name and has a long history in the industry, is a privilege,” said Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track.

“We hope to take all that history and power in their brand and enable them to work in a smart and scalable way to delight their online player base.”

Fast Track CRM was selected following Stanleybet’s search for a partner which could “enable the implementation of smarter retention strategies and provide deeper insights into player behaviour”.

Joris Petllion, Director of Online at Stanleybet Group, commented: “We have been operating online for just over a decade and feel it’s time to revamp our engagement strategy and really show our players everything we have to offer.

“Fast Track is the perfect partner for this next phase in our online journey and can provide a solution to all the challenges we are facing in scaling our communications and rewards.”
