Marathonbet takes up headline sponsorship at Brighton Festival

Brighton Racecourse and Arena Racing Company (ARC) has announced that Marathonbet will be the headline sponsor of the racecourse’s Festival of Racing.

The Marathonbet Festival of Racing, which takes place between Wednesday 9 August and Friday 11 August, will see branding for the online bookmaker displayed throughout Brighton Racecourse.

Marathonbet will also be engaging with fans in the run up to the meeting, bringing exciting experiences to racegoers during the festival, and putting its name to six races across the three days.

Sam Windridge, Executive Director of Brighton Racecourse, commented: “We’re delighted to have Marathonbet on board for the Brighton Festival of Racing in August.

“They have made great strides in recent years with a series of high-profile sponsorship agreements in the UK and abroad. We’re now looking forward to becoming part of the trusted Marathonbet experience and building a lasting relationship for the future.”

Viktor Hoffmann, CEO at Marathonbet, added: “Horseracing is one of the most-loved and frequently-watched sports in the UK, making our decision to partner with Brighton Racecourse an easy one.

“As city neighbours, we already recognise how the beautiful views and action-packed cards at Brighton make for a brilliant day at the races. Together with the racecourse team, we’re committed to championing that message further to new and wider audiences. We’ve got plenty in store for the public heading to the festival in August and can’t wait for it to get started.”
