Sunderland based online bingo operator Tombola, has announced the launch of its 2015 TV advertising campaign “We Are Tombola”.
The 30 second add, places Tombola players as the stars of the online bingo website, shunning popular celebrity endorsement favoured by numerous UK bingo operators.
In planning the campaign, Tombola hosted social competitions for its customers to star in the advertisement which will be aired on UK broadcast networks ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky entertainment channels.
The bingo operator selected 25 active Tombola players to represent its brand in the nationwide advertisement. The operator aims to further expand its brand and social visibility in the highly competitive UK online bingo market.
Dawn-Elizabeth Howe, Tombola’s Head of Marketing, commented on the campaign launch:
