Maxymiser leader in customer experience optimisation is holding its bi-annual Customer Success Symposium on Thursday 18th September at The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), in central London.
More than a hundred organisations will be in attendance including Forrester, Paddy Power, House of Fraser and Orange, who will be presenting about how they have improved their online business performance with Maxymiser by delivering optimised and targeted customer experiences seamlessly across multiple digital channels and sites. In addition, Maxymiser will also be presenting its view on the future direction of customer experience optimisation, and will be previewing its new Apps testing solution.
The presentations will provide delegates with an in-depth insight into some of the key business challenges facing leading online retailers, gaming providers, advisory firms and travel companies as well as education around how an effective optimisation strategy can improve an online business performance. Practical case studies demonstrate how putting optimisation at the centre of the business can improve overall business performance as well as shape future strategic direction.
