Maxymiser, marketing specialist in  unified customer experience optimisation, has announced the agenda for its bi-annual Customer Success Symposium, MaxSYMPOSIUM. Returning to the home of The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) in Central London, the Symposium will take place on 24th September 2015.

With over 250 delegates at the MaxSYMPOSIUM in March, the upcoming Symposium in September is set to be even bigger. The speakers, including representatives from Standard Life, Time Out and Wimdu, will be divulging best practices as well as sharing how an optimisation strategy with Maxymiser has increased conversion, revenues, and demonstrated ROI. Additionally, the Symposium will be opened by Maxymiser’s VP EMEA, Nick Keating, who will discuss the current and future trends in the optimisation space.

Maxymiser is excited to announce that the key speakers at this year’s Symposium include:

  • Mickael Paris, Head of Digital Marketing, Standard Life
  • Matthew Right, Acquisition Operations Manager, Gamesys
  • James McMurray-Cole, Lead Analyst, Time Out
  • Mark McQuillan, Product Manager: Conversion Optimisation, Wimdu
  • Craig Harris, Web Analytics Manager, Clarks

The MaxSYMPOSIUM is a great opportunity to meet, learn from, and discuss optimisation with peers in the industry. Join the Symposium in September and leave knowing you have industry leading, enterprise strategy and insight from leaders in the optimisation space, as well as an intimate awareness of what’s to come from Maxymiser in 2015 and beyond.

Nick Keating comments, “We’re delighted to present our second Customer Success Symposium of the year, and to welcome both existing and prospective customers to hear the exciting product updates that we have in store for the coming months. The continued success of the bi-annual Symposia is a testament to the achievements of our clients, and the high standard of work from the Maxymiser team.”
