PIN-UP Global has transformed its international business into an igaming holding company that will increasingly focus on technology, B2B solutions and product innovation.
The restructuring is part of PIN-UP implementation of a new model that would ensure transparency of business operations, as well as the licensing of its B2B direction and the easier certification of its products in the EU.
