FTSE100 online gambling group GVC Holdings Plc has renewed and extended its CRM and marketing partnership with ‘relationship marketing hub’ Optimove.
Updating the market, GVC will move to extend Optimove marketing provisions and tools across its enlarged brand portfolio, which will include servicing UK Gala brands and new US MGM joint venture Roar Digital.
Optimove has served as GVC’s lead CRM partner since 2016, providing the FTSE group’s diverse brands with tailored automated marketing and customer retention functions.

The partnership extension will see Optimove provide its suite of marketing provisions, improving GVC group-wide ‘actionable insight, empowering marketers to deliver highly-effective personalized customer marketing campaigns across multiple channels’.
