Expanding its commercial arm, US daily fantasy sports operator DraftKings has confirmed the appointment of Ezra Kucharz to the newly created position of Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Kucharz will take leadership of all DraftKings commercial disciplines; overseeing business development initiatives and strategy, commercial planning and advertising sales.
A tech commercial development veteran, Kucharz joins DraftKings’ executive team having previously led US broadcaster CBS Corporation’s digital media division (2010-2016).
Taking on the executive role, Kucharz will report directly to DraftKings CEO Jason Robins, as the DFS operator seeks to expand its digital content through ad-sales and develop new revenue channels.
