ReferOn has rolled out three updates designed to improve how users manage affiliate operations, with a focus on making common tasks more efficient.
One notable change is the introduction of bulk payment generation, which allows users to process payments for multiple partners at once, in comparison to handling them all individually.
The supplier asserted that this will reduce the time spent on ‘repetitive administrative work’ and helps free up resources for other priorities.
Vladyslav Bondarenko, ReferOn’s Head of Product, said: “At ReferOn, we design for scale, efficiency and performance. These new features are more than simple improvements, they represent the foundations of a more autonomous, convenient and resilient system.
Furthermore, the next update will give affiliates more control over their postback configurations within the platform. Previously, setting up or adjusting postbacks often required exchanging emails or submitting support tickets, which ReferOn explained could delay campaign launches.
Finally, the group has also addressed performance issues by changing how it handles resource-heavy tasks like bulk payments. These operations now run asynchronously, meaning they are processed in the background rather than blocking the user’s session.
Users receive real-time updates on the progress without experiencing freezes or slowdowns, making the system feel more responsive during complex workflows.
“We’re about empowering both operators and affiliates, and we’ve done that by providing self-service and streamlined tools to keep control in their hands,” added Bondarenko. “The ReferOn team continues to deliver on our promise of user empowerment without complexity.”
ReferOn continues to prioritise operational efficiency. At the start of the year, David Harris, Operational Lead, at ReferOn, spoke to SBC News about how the affiliate data management system has expanded its platform in 2024.
He explained: “ReferOn shifted its focus to provide more direct and personal customer assistance in 2024. We consider all our clients and partners to be a crucial part of our team, so we established more frequent and valuable communication to ensure everyone is taking advantage of our platform’s vast offerings efficiently.
“We also helped all clients receive more data insights, which led to enhanced affiliate campaigns, further increasing profits and growth.
